We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to architect and implement the blockchain foundation of our ecosystem.
You will design secure, scalable, and user-friendly blockchain solutions that integrate biometric identity, payments, and data services.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has deep blockchain expertise, thrives in 0→1 innovation, and is motivated to build real-world applications at a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and distributed systems powering our ecosystem.
Develop tokenized payment systems and identity verification flows, ensuring high security and usability.
Implement smart contracts for token utility, payments, and governance.
Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain systems through rigorous testing and best practices.
Integrate biometric verification (Face Scan) and payment flows (payment platform) into blockchain applications.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to align blockchain development with the roadmap and user needs.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for blockchain development
Stay ahead of emerging trends in Web3, DeFi, real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, and decentralized identity to guide innovation.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, or related technical field is a plus.
5+ years of blockchain development experience (protocol, dApps, Layer 1/Layer 2, or DeFi/Web3).
Experience with Ethereum, Solana, or other major blockchain platforms required (doesn't matter which platform you've worked with - as long as you are willing to work with ours)
Proven track record of delivering production-grade blockchain systems.
Proficiency in Java and Solidity required.
Rust skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of smart contract security, cryptography, and distributed systems
Real-world asset (RWA) tokenization experience is a plus
Familiarity with fintech, identity verification, or biometric systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
We do not sponsor work visas at this time.
Compensation depends on experience but is typically $70-100/hr with a target salary to convert at $150-200K plus pre-IPO equity
