As a Hardware Technical Program Manager, you will be the central driving force ensuring the delivery of integrated acoustic, lighting, and general hardware subsystems.
You will lead cross-functional execution across hardware, firmware, software, and industrial design teams to bring innovative features from concept to mass production.
You will identify, communicate, and track program risks and technical dependencies, developing contingency plans to maintain schedules.
You will also provide regular, concise status updates to executive stakeholders, articulating technical challenges, trade-offs, and mitigation paths.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

**Responsibilities**
+ Work with Product Management and Engineering leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives and product requirements.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to implement solutions based on overall development risks and issues to meet system build milestones, cost, and manufacturability for hardware subsystems.
+ Provide collaboration and coordination with suppliers on development of subsystems to meet system-level schedules.
Ensure change control processes are followed and tracked.
+ Define and own the detailed program plan and schedule for key subsystems, such as microphone arrays, speaker drivers, digital signal processing (DSP) features, LED arrays, optical guides, dynamic lighting control, etc.
+ Understand the technical architectures and challenges associated with DSP, acoustic performance, light uniformity, colorimetry, and thermal management.
